Privacy Policy

This plain-language summary applies to ForgeTruth™ marketing inquiries and the public website operated by HCCGSA™. It is not a substitute for a contract or legal advice.

Information we collect

When you request early access, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, industry, optional workflow volume, optional message, source/UTM attribution, and your privacy acknowledgement. Please do not submit case files, IDs, tenant or guest information, evidence documents, or other sensitive material through that form.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data to assess fit, prioritize onboarding, contact you about the request, and understand which workflows prospective teams are asking about. We do not use form fields as product evidence or for behavioral or person-risk profiling.

Storage and providers

Early-access inquiries and limited funnel events are stored in the configured ForgeTruth/InsForge backend. The site may also use the hosting provider and any explicitly configured communication or analytics providers. We do not intentionally collect form contents through analytics events.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, operations, security, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact contact@forgetruth.org.

Evidence is separate

Uploaded evidence, source documents, verification records, and provenance data are handled through separate authenticated product workflows with their own retention and access controls. This marketing form is not secure evidence intake.

Cookies and analytics

Conversion measurement records event names, page paths, and optional UTM/source values. It does not record form-field contents, document contents, or IP-linked behavioral profiles. Browser settings may limit cookies or storage used by the site.
